Cresa Atlanta is an international corporate real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents tenants – office and industrial space users. As professional real estate advisors, we are passionate about understanding the needs of our clients and strive to deliver exceptional service for the long term. We collaborate with clients to provide service-oriented rather than transaction-oriented counsel. By choosing to represent the interests of Tenants alone, Cresa Atlanta avoids conflicts of interest.

Our clients range from small high tech start-up companies to national corporations with multiple locations. While we specialize in the metro-Atlanta area, our advisors cover the entire State of Georgia, as well as all adjacent states in the Southeast. Each year, the Atlanta office negotiates leases on behalf of over 200 tenants, in transactions that include relocations, lease renewals, expansions, subleases and dispositions.

For clients that chose to relocate, our work is not complete until they experience a seamless transition to new space. Cresa Atlanta offers project management and relocation planning services, ensuring that construction projects are delivered on time and under budget. With more than 100 years of combined experience, in addition to office, industrial and retail space construction, our Project Managers have experience with build-to-suit, call centers, hotels, restaurants, educational, and medical facilities.

MISSION

Our mission is to provide customized solutions exclusively for corporate space users by offering fully integrated services that align their real estate needs with their business plans, delivering maximum cost savings and exceeding expectations.

VISION

Our vision is to be the exception in the commercial real estate industry: A company that is service-oriented rather than transaction-oriented, with advisors who are client focused not deal focused.

VALUES

We are guided by the concept, “Do the Right Thing,” both internally and externally. We will always do what is right for the client’s best interest and put that interest before our own. We treat our clients and employees with respect, dignity and fairness in all matters.

Community Service

At Cresa Atlanta, we believe in “paying it forward.” During the year, we fund and provide volunteers for four different community service projects.

In January and again in December, we participated in the Feed the Homeless initiative, founded by real estate veteran, Hugh Pafford. Each Saturday, an Atlanta real estate company funds the food that is served to the homeless in downtown Atlanta. The food is cooked by volunteers using a mobile feeding unit and served “on the street.”

Every March, Cresa Atlanta buys a large quantity of canned goods and delivers it to the Sandy Springs Community Assistance Center. In addition to stocking the shelves, we provide volunteers to help change out the thrift store clothing from winter to summer clothes.

Annually, Cresa Atlanta also participates in the CoreNet Community Reinvestment Challenge. For the past two years, we have helped fund improvements to Nicholas House, the only homeless shelter in Georgia that houses entire families. This year, our Cresa Atlanta volunteers helped landscape the grounds of the shelter near Grant Park, repaired a porch roof and painted parts of the interior of the house.

After celebrating our own Thanksgiving lunch, we got to work “stuffing” 250 toiletries bags for homeless men. The bags were then donated to Must Ministries, who will distribute them to homeless men attending the Must Ministries Thanksgiving lunch. Cresa Atlanta also made a cash contribution to the operating account to help finance the many outreach programs of this organization.

Cresa Atlanta is grateful for its many blessings, including our wonderful clients, employees, advisors, vendors, and real estate associates. We are pleased to be in a position to “pay it forward” through our community service efforts.

Testimonials and Selected Clients

Project Management

Cresa projects are not complete until our clients experience a seamless transition to new space. The Atlanta office offers project management and relocation planning services, ensuring that construction projects are delivered on time and under budget.

Making It All Work

Whatever real estate project you have in mind, we have the prople who can implement it. We'll oversee the planning and design, gather the right team, and direct the entire construction process — keeping a close eye on the budget the entire time.

Our project managers often take an active role in both the strategy and transaction phases of a project, advising on issues of programming, feasibility, and other challenges that may affect the ultimate build-out of space.

The Team

With more than 140 years of combined experience, the Atlanta project management team provides clients with turnkey oversight of space design, construction, vendor selection and interface, furniture installation, cabling, and move coordination.

In addition to office, industrial and retail space construction, our Project Managers have experience with build-to-suit, call centers, hotels, restaurants, educational, and medical facilities.

The team is actively involved in many industry associations as well as holds LEED AP accreditations, and other certifications in the state of Georgia and nationally.

Industrial and Supply Chain

Cresa Atlanta works with companies to develop real estate solutions that optimize the supply chain while controlling costs. Our industrial and supply chain specialists apply Cresa's proven methods and integrated services to locate, acquire, and develop industrial and logistics space, always striving to reach an outcome that exceeds the client’s requirements. We focus on helping our clients make real estate decisions that create leverage and lead to a competitive advantage. By solely representing the interests of tenants, Cresa is uniquely qualified to advise clients and advance their best interests in order to increase efficiency, speed time-to-market, improve service levels, and improve profitability.

Supply Chain Meets Real Estate

A warehouse isn’t just real estate. It’s a crucial link in your supply chain. As a pivot point for moving your goods around the country, its location cannot be haphazard.

And yet, warehouse space that truly fits your needs may be in short supply — at any given time, your options will most likely be limited.

Our consultants are known for taking a more holistic view of your entire supply chain. We know how the right real estate can add vital flexibility to your logistical needs, so we look beyond just rent to the equally important costs associated with transportation, fuel, and labor.

In short, we combine our considerable real estate savvy with an unmatched understanding of the broader issues of supply chain management.

Manufacturing for Today’s World

In today’s business climate, there are any number of reasons to relocate your manufacturing facilities. Maybe you need to modernize your operations. Maybe you’re looking for a more capable workforce. Maybe you’re attracted to localities that offer economic incentives. Or maybe you’re “backshoring” — bringing your operations back from overseas.

Regardless of your reasons, our industrial experts have the knowledge and resources to address them. We work with manufacturers of all kinds, from metalworking and machine shops to the most advanced technology-driven facilities, from light assembly to precision medical device production.  We are thoroughly familiar with new trends in both engineering and production, and we can help you find a building ideally suited to the flexibility your operations now demand.

Integrated Services

Once we’ve identified a course of action — whether for your supply chain or manufacturing needs — we then assemble the right combination of services to carry it out. From a single point of contact, we’ll coordinate an integrated team of specialists that can provide:
  • Supply Chain Consulting
  • Transaction Management
  • Project Management
  • Portfolio Strategies
  • Location Planning
  • Lease Administration
  • Capital Markets
  • Facilities Services

  • So don’t try to shoe-horn your industrial requirements into a space that’s not right for you. Talk to people with the experience and expertise to meet those requirements in an unbiased, strategically-sound manner. Call our Industrial Advisors at 404.257.8866.
