Billy Hobbs, Managing Principal of Cresa Atlanta, began his career in 1985. Billy has focused 23 years of his career on tenant advocacy for clients across the United States. Billy’s transaction experience includes managing and negotiating large office and industrial leases, building sales/purchases, build to suit projects and sublease/disposition assignments.
Billy’s ethical manner of conducting business has earned the respect of his peers and fellow professionals. He instructs Ethics classes and serves as the Chairman of the Professional Standards and Ethics Committee for the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.
