Position Overview

Cresa, one of the fastest growing tenant representation firms in the United States, is seeking to hire a Data Analyst in the Bay Area of California.


Job Description

Working on-site with our client (based in the San Francisco Bay Area) and their business partners, this position focuses on data analytics and business process development and management related to headcount forecasting and planning for real estate and facilities.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze quarterly headcount updates and forecast from Finance business partners and develop seat demand scenarios.
  • Track data on building types (office, lab and manufacturing) and breakout demand along the building designation.
  • Maintain headcount and seat count model at a business cost center level to create a data basis for current facilities performance and future scenarios.
  • Have familiarity with the use of Archibus and Microsoft Access.
  • Manage contents for the Workplace Planning strategy binder. Support the business process to periodically update and publish the strategy binder.
  • Support capital planning activities by managing internal coordination on project activities.
  • Develop a database of templates and historical presentations. Assist with preparation of project presentations. Develop a business process, if applicable, to manage presentations internally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Planning or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in facilities space planning.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, collaboration and organizational skills required.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple personnel and multiple deadlines.
  • Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to establish goals and objectives.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adhere to deadlines are skills utilized on a daily basis.
  • Excellent computer skills required, including proficiency using Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
