CLIENT OBJECTIVES
Philips Interactive Media had excess space consisting of four full floors for a total of 100,000 square feet. The surplus space needed to be disposed of immediately.

RESULT
Within the first 30 days a subtenant was identified and a sublease was completed for approximately 30,000 square feet. Subsequently, five other sublease transactions were completed for a total of approximately 70,000 square feet.
