To locate, secure and construct a new corporate headquarters
for the credit union. The new location had to create
a high profile within the credit unions member
community, be cost effective and provide for future
growth.
CresaPartners performed a search that identified all
options within the specified market area including existing
buildings for sale or lease and land sites suitable
for new construction. We then performed a feasibility
study and financial analysis in order to provide a basis
for evaluating all available options. After choosing
the best alternative, CresaPartners negotiated a land
purchase and managed the development process of a new,
50,000 sf headquarters facility. The new facility exceeded
the desired objectives and allowed the credit union
to consolidate all of its operations into one location.
In addition, the building was planned to economically
allow for an addition for future growth and was brought
in significantly under budget.
