The Dallas office of Cresa is managed by six principals with over 100 years of combined commercial real estate experience. The professional staff includes over 25 seasoned advisors and project managers, with vast expertise in office and industrial client accounts and facilities locally, as well as nationally.

Our clients range from single location professional firms to large multi-site national corporations. Our advisors cover all of Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana, as well as national projects and client accounts from coast to coast. The Cresa Dallas offices handles over 500 transactions annually for our local and national clients, including expansions, relocations, renewals, purchases, subleases, sales and other dispositions, so we maintain a firm thumb on the pulse of local and national real estate markets.

Our Project Management Team possesses over 75 years of combined construction management experience, handling every process from design to move-in, on time and within budget. This team provides clients with turnkey oversight of space design, construction, vendor selection and oversight, furniture bid and installation, cabling, and move coordination. Our project managers have experience in construction of office, industrial, retail, medical and numerous other facility types.
