A member since 1994, Cresa Denver expanded greatly through the merger with Liberty-Greenfield Partners in April 2008 to become the largest exclusive tenant representation firm in the Denver Metro Area.  With that merger, the Denver office doubled in size with regard to the number of Real Estate and Project Management Advisors, while increasing our strengths in the areas of Strategic Planning, Corporate Finance and Facilities Management.  The Denver Advisors specializing in all areas of commercial real estate including office leasing and dispositions, industrial leasing and dispositions, analyses of client’s existing leases, restructuring leases. Much of Downtown Denver’s “LoDo” (Lower Downtown) area has been re-developed making for a creative, live-and-work environment for businesses and their employees to settle down.  Plans for continued re-development of the Central Platte Valley and Union Station areas will increase the desire for companies to look at Denver as a solid option for headquarters and opening new offices.  RTD’s light rail system has been expanded to bring people from the South end of the Metro area into the Downtown area with ease and other lines slated to be built in the upcoming years via FastTracks will connect all Metro Areas plus the Sky Train to Denver International Airport.  This expanded rail system will help bring employees to jobs without the congestion of vehicles on the highways while encouraging the “green initiative” to continue throughout Denver.  The construction of Denver’s new Convention Center has brought numerous events to Denver including the Democratic National Convention in 2008.  Denver will continue to improve not only the Downtown areas, but also areas North in the Boulder and Longmont area as well as new developments in the South along the Light Rail system.  Denver is a vibrant, forward thinking community that is well positioned for the future.
