India is currently a fast-growing hotbed for outsourcing. Recognizing the need for a strong India presence, CresaPartners launched its Mumbai operation in late 2003 and has since been working with U.S.-based companies to uncover opportunities and create effective solutions. We have also expanded our ability to service Indian-based companies both locally and abroad. As India’s only real estate consultancy business focusing exclusively on tenant representation and corporate services, CresaPartners has three office locations in India: Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore. Through these locations, the firm covers markets all across India, including other major cities such as , Pune, Chennai, Hyderbad, Chandigah, Kolkata, Baroda, Jaipur, Nagpur, Mysore, Cochin, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, and Guwahati.
