The four principals of the Miami office, David Prevé, Barbara Liberatore Black, Charlie Barton and Matthew Goodman have a combined 100 years experience in real estate.  The three Founding Principals started their own Tenant Rep firm Prevé Liberatore & Barton in 1988 and were part of the four founding principals of Cresa nationally in 1998.  They lead a highly motivated and experienced team of professionals in the Miami office who have a proven track record of providing successful real estate solutions for clients.
