Atlanta-based nsoro, recently acquired by MasTec, Inc., leases 24,728 square foot office for headquarters location in Vinings.

ATLANTA – CresaPartners, an international corporate real estate advisory firm, assisted nsoro MasTec, LLC (nsoro) in their decision to locate a new headquarters facility in the Overlook III building in Vinings. Joe Grace, Associate Director of CresaPartners, and Kevin Creel, Principal, represented nsoro MasTec, LLC in its lease of 24,728 square feet at 2859 Paces Ferry Road SE, Vinings, Georgia 30339.

Chuck Francis and Jeff Dils of Cousins Properties Incorporated, represented Parameter Realty Partners, the owner of Overlook III. Parameter Realty purchased the 438,051 square feet building in the historic Northwest Atlanta Village of Vinings in March 2007, for $81,600,000.
