CresaPartners Negotiates Deal for Little Flower Children and Family Services
Press Release, December 16, 2009
NEW YORK CITY – Little Flower Children and Family Services has renewed leases totaling 39,390 square feet at two Joseph P. Day properties in Brooklyn Heights: 186 Joralemon Street and 44 Court Street, says CresaPartners.
“Little Flower, a not-for-profit charity serving children, families and developmentally disabled adults across New York City and Long Island, has occupied space in the buildings for over 10 years and has been in Joseph P. Day buildings for over 40 years,” says Nancy Weinstein, vice president at CresaPartners, who represented the tenant. “This early renewal will enable the non-profit to remain at the two addresses and save a substantial amount of money over the next 10 years.”
Robert Oliver of Joseph P. Day Realty Corporation negotiated for the owner.
