over one million square feet across North America. Strategic
planning, tenant representation, project management,
lease portfolio management, lease administration and
expense reconciliation services are being provided,
with web-based project tracking. Subsequently, Reynolds
& Reynolds divested their Information Solutions
Group as The Relizon Corporation, representing over
50% of the real estate holdings. CRESA Partners has
been retained by Relizon to provide the same services.
CRESA Partners provided strategic planning throughout
the divestiture process, including virtualizing sales
offices, consolidating plant facilities, managing the
sales process for excess owned facilities and negotiating
early lease terminations.
CRESA Partners is managing this 120-facility corporate
real estate portfolio and has completed projects from
Portland to Jacksonville and Toronto to Dallas. Facilities
range in size from 600 sf to 180,000 sf and include
sales offices, print facilities, warehouses and owned
plants.
