Tektronix required complete site selection, economic development,
and lease negotiation services conducted in a confidential
manner to minimize employee, public relations, and corporate
impacts for a significant division headquarters. Building
image and infrastructure issues such as electrical capacity,
HVAC, technology and connectivity were critical.
CRESA Partners coordinated the construction and relocation
of the CNA Division headquarters for research and development,
administrative and manufacturing facilities. All aspects
of the project exceeded corporate goals and expectations.
CRESA Partners provided build-to-suit representation
services on behalf of Tektronix, including negotiations
and construction administration.
This project was a pioneering venture by Tektronix
into the redevelopment of a brown field
site known as the Old Mill District. This ambitious
300-acre mixed-use project offers some of the most scenic
views in Central Oregon framed by Mt. Bachelor in the
distance and bisected by the world-renowned Deschutes
River.
