John started his real estate career in 1998 with Carter. Focusing solely on tenant representation, John represented a wide range of corporate, regional and local tenants. He has successfully completed transactions totaling in excess of $100 million. John brought his expertise in lease negotiations, deal structuring, site selection and strategic planning to CresaPartners in 2006.
