Jason Jones focuses exclusively on helping companies and professional service firms reduce real estate costs. He is well known for his ability to create competition among landlords to ensure the best terms possible. This is especially important for companies who are looking to remain in their existing location.

In addition to his real estate experience, Jason applies lessons learned from his military career to his business processes. His naval service included flying A-6 Intruder attack jets off aircraft carriers. While planning and flying tactical missions he developed a talent for communicating details with concise, mission-oriented focus. Jason applies these same principles to help clients make informed, high-quality decisions. After departing the Navy, Jason earned an M.B.A. from Arizona State University and completed a 15-month solo trip around the world about which he wrote and published a book. His military, travel and academic background give him the depth and character to guide his clients to the most effective real estate solutions.

Jason has an extensive client portfolio, which includes assignments for Merrill Lynch, Fidelity National Financial, Plum Creek Timber, Hitachi Telecom, Boral Bricks, Keller-Williams Realty and Afterburner, Inc. Jason's clients appreciate his work ethic, loyalty and sense of personal responsibility.
