Gene Sachs is a Managing Principal of Cresa Washington DC and one of the founding members of the firm. He represents tenants in negotiations for the lease, purchase and sale of office, flex and manufacturing space worldwide. During his career, Mr. Sachs has been involved in well over 500 transactions totaling in excess of ten million square feet.
Gene has served as BAE Systems North America's national account manager since 2000, advising the world's third largest defense contractor on its 25 million square foot portfolio in the United States. He has completed over 275 assignments for BAE Systems over the last ten years in 23 throughout the United States and abroad. He leads a team of professionals at Cresa in providing support of BAE Systems' changing facility requirements.
