Julie King, Principal, has been involved in the commercial real estate industry for over 29 years. Utilizing her banking background, she focuses on emerging growth companies, providing them with customized real estate advice. She recently negotiated corporate headquarters leases for SimDesk and EnergyAlloys, and during her career, has represented well-know multinational companies including Microsoft, Charles Schwab, Hanjin Shipping and Hewitt.

Recognized by her peers as a “Heavy Hitter” in the Houston Business Journal, Julie has written or co-authored a number of articles in local and real estate publications.
