| Tony Balbona began work at CresaPartners in 1991. Tony has worked in tenant representation and corporate services for the past twenty one years and specializes in representing new media companies. His clients include Yahoo!, eCompanies, GeoCities, Viacom/Comedy Central, Paramount Pictures and Castle Rock. In December of 1998, the partners of Metrospace merged with four other Cresa companies to form CresaPartners, and since then has grown to nine markets across North America. Prior to joining CresaPartners, Tony worked with a national property syndicator. As asset manager he was responsible for the management and leasing of over one million square feet of commercial and multi-family housing on a national level. EDUCATION |
