| Prior to joining CresaPartners, Mr. Niles developed creative facilities solutions for healthcare and academic institutions through a collaboration with the technology transfer offices. Mr. Niles offers unique expertise and experience to help educate and prepare the tech transfer offices and their portfolio companies (early stage life science, biotech, and device companies) for the impact that real estate will have on cash flow, growth and exit strategies. This lead to Mr. Niles in developing a Life Science platform establishing a specialty discipline in the industry. Subsequently, he became a consultant/Operating Partner in two Keystone Innovation Zones (KIZ) in suburban Philadelphia, where he provides consulting/advisory services across all aspects of commercial real estate from brokerage, development (new construction & renovations), and project implementation to the other Operating Partners within the KIZ's and the KIZ eligible companies themselves. Mr. Niles has assembled a broad network of leading prequalified vendors who provide product and services to early/mid stage life science, and device companies through pharmaceutical grade companies.
