Mr. Green is dedicated to exclusively representing tenants/buyers and providing conflict-free lease negotiations, site consulting, comparative financial analysis and optimal real estate solutions.
Prior to joining CresaPartners, Mr. Green served as an associate in the brokerage division of Cushman & Wakefield where he was a graduate of the Junior Executive Training Program. This program's training involved activities in property management, appraisal, project management, research, and all brokerage service lines including multi-family investments, capital markets, retail, industrial and office. During his tenure at Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Green provided services to both landlords and tenants in the acquisition and leasing of commercial office and industrial properties. His tenant representation team served local, regional, and national clients such as, PSCU Financial Services Inc., Jennings Strouss, Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, DBM Career Services, Seabright Insurance Company, Damon S. Williams and Associates and Starwood Capital Group.
