Univision wanted to consolidate its television and radio operations into one facility in a very specific area of Houston. Univision Television had also outgrown its facilities and had recently merged with Hispanic Broadcast Corporation which had its own facilities.
CresaPartners identified a vacant building adjacent to the interchange of two of the busiest freeways in Houston offering tremendous exposure and visibility to Univision. The subject building was twice as large as required but was able to be purchased for less than alternative raw land sites. Thus, Univision’s time schedule was drastically reduced, and the overall project costs were significantly lowered.
